BORDERPOL®

Registered in Canada as BORDERPOL© under the authority of  the Federal Government. As a boutique not for profit international organization, BORDERPOL's mission is to promote international borders that enhance human mobility whilst ensuring traveler safety and security. BORDERPOL is a non aligned institution that promotes co-operation, consultation and communication among like minded national border administrations and associated services and agencies. 

All BORDERPOL activities are regulated by the organizations Constitution. Day to day operations are managed by members and staff of the Administrative Council. 

2012 Adminstrative Council members

The Administrative Council activities are guided by senior representatives from national border services, police, customs, and immigration services from the United Kingdom, United States,  Hungary, New Zealand, China, Azerbaijan, Maldives, Singapore, Burundi and Norway who voluntarily provide policy oversight and guidance. 

Associate Members and Corporate Patrons of BORDERPOL are key players and stakeholders in the organization. Membership supports professional networking,  education and accreditation opportunities  as well as preferential access to BORDERPOL products and services. The Associate Membership and Corporate Patron program is managed by the Finance Committee.

The official languages of the organization are English, French and Spanish. English is the operational language.

BORDERPOL is a registered trademark. Its use without the approval of the Executive Director is strictly prohibited.
